Reading Marx' Capital Vol 1 (à la David Harvey)

by Reading Capital Vol1

Karl Max's "Capital: A Critique of Political Economy" is without a doubt a cornerstone book for anyone who wants to understand politics, society and economy at large.
But it is also a notoriously difficult book to read, understand and grasp. Many have tried multiple times to read it and understand it with little success.

Luckily Prof. David Harvey from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY) has provided us with excellent tools to understand Capital, and to understand the innovative and extraordinary methods of enquiry and of expression in it.

Capital is best read and discussed in a group, so if you are interested, regardless if this is your first attempt or not, please don't hesitate to join us for this first session.

Join the signal group (link under "More information", below the image) for more details and a chat.

PS: Traditionally Capital reading groups are dominated by men, so please let's bring some genuine diversity to this one! I know for sure that the conversation is then elevated!
