In November we will dive deep into Yoga Nidra.

It can help you if you struggle with stress, anxiety, insomnia, trauma or chronic pain.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation technique that can help you avoid burn-out and overwhelm.

Everyday for 21 days you will receive an online guided Yoga Nidra meditation in the Signal-group. You can do the meditation when it fits into your day. You will also get advice on meditation and a possibility to share your experience with the other participants.
