Talk and movie screening: from mobilising to organising for climate justice

I årevis har vi gået på gaden for at kræve klimaretfærdighed. Vi har lavet underskriftsindsamlinger, fantasifulde gadeaktioner, deltaget i tusindvis af debatter. Alt sammen for at få vores politikere til at tage ansvar, at handle og skabe vejen for en absolut nødvendig transformation af hele vores samfund.
Og hvad har det hjulpet? Vi får tomme ord og lånte fjer. Vi får gas og biomasse forklædt som grøn omstilling.

Vi viser film og Global Aktion fortæller om den aktivistweekend, du er inviteret til. Den foregår på midtsjælland fra den 9. til den 12. maj og handler om hvordan vi i stedet for blot at mobilisere hinanden begynder at organisere os for klimaretfærdighed.

For years, we have been mobilising in our thousands demanding climate justice. WE have made petitions, creative street actions and participated in countless debates. All of it in order to make our politicans take responsibility, take action, and to pave the way for the necessary transformation of society.

And have we got out of it? They're giving us empty words and green illusions. They give us gas and biomass dressed up as green transition.

We're sceening a movie and Global Aktion will give a talk about the upcoming activist weekend that you are invited to. It takes place on Zealand from the 9th to 12th of May. It focuses on how to organise for climate justice instead of just mobilise to the streets and around election time.
