Sammen fejrer vi styrken og resiliensen hos flygtninge. Kom og få mere indsigt i flygtninges liv i Danmark og hjælp os opbygge vores nye medborgersted (Migrantcirklen) for dem, der lever i frygt for deportation.

Som en del af fejringen af 3-årsdagen for den syriske sit-in protest og åbningen af ​​Migrantcirklen, inviterer vi alle til denne særlige udgave af et infomøde.

Uanset om du er interesseret i frivilligt arbejde eller bare er nysgerrig og gerne vil støtte op, kan du deltage i mødet og lære mere om historien bag Migrantcirklen og vores bevægelse for retfærdighed og basale rettigheder.

Gennem mødet får du også mulighed for at udforske de adskillige måder du kan bidrage til / deltage i vores arbejde. Mødet er efterfulgt af et veganskvenligt måltid, hvorefter vi vil have tid til at snakke og lære hinanden bedre at kende.
Senere går vi tilbage til 2021 gennem en ekstraordinær screening af interviews fra hjertet af den syriske sit-in protest. Screeningen er præsenteret i samarbejde med Syrisk Forening i Danmark og Refugee Days CPH.

Migrantcirklen:
Migrantcirklen er Københavns nye medborgersted for flygtninge, migranter og asylansøgere baseret i AKB Lundtoftegade, nær nr. 75. Migrantcirklen er en fortsættelse af Sit-in Bevægelsens arbejde og kamp for basale rettigheder og humant asyl. Sammen bryder vi barrieren af stilhed og isolation ved at tilbyde vores medmigranter, flygtninge og asylansøgere pålidelig rådgivning, støttenetværk og et socialt tilhørsforhold, som mange kan mangle i et nyt samfund.

Refugee Days CPH:
Refugee Days CPH omfatter forskellige initiativer i løbet af året. Initiativer såsom Refugee Film Festival, Refugee Week og talrige andre happenings, workshops og arrangementer i København. Gennem et varieret program af kulturelle, lærerige og kunstneriske begivenheder skaber Refugee Days billeder og forbindelser, der går ud over labels og fremmer en dyb forståelse af udfordringernee hos dem, som er tvunget på flugt, dem der migrerer og dem der vælger at blive.

Together we celebrate the strength and resilience of refugees. Join us and gain insight into refugee lives in Denmark, and help build our new community (The Migrant Circle) for those who live in fear of deportation.

As part of celebrating the 3-year anniversary of the syrian sit-in protest and the opening of The Migrant Circle we invite everyone to this unique edition of an info meeting.

Whether you’re interested in doing volunteer work, or just curious and would like to learn how to support. Then please join us and learn more about the history behind The Migrant Circle and our movement for refugee justice and basic rights.
Through the meeting you'll have a chance to explore ways in which you can contribute to / join our efforts. The meeting will be followed by a vegan-friendly meal, after which we’ll have time to chat, get to know each other.

Later we go back to 2021, through an exceptional screening of interviews from the heart of the Syrian Sit-in protest, presented in collaboration with the Syrian Association in Denmark and Refugee Days CPH.

The Migrant Circle:
The Migrant Circle is Copenhagen's new community space for refugees, migrants and asylum seekers based at AKB Lundtoftegade, near 75. It is also a continuation of the Sit-in Movements work and struggle for basic rights and humane asylum.
Together we break the barrier of silence and isolation by providing our fellow migrants, refugees and asylum seekers with a trusted advice, support network and a social sense of belonging that they may lack in a new society.

Refugee Days CPH:
Refugee Days CPH encompasses various initiatives throughout the year. Initiatives such as Refugee Film Festival, Refugee Week Celebration and numerous other events, workshops and happenings in Copenhagen.
Through a diverse program of cultural, educational, and artistic events, Refugee Days create images and connections that go beyond labels, fostering a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those who are forced to flee, those who can move and those who choose to stay.
