In this class we will share and practice three different tools for taking consensus decisions and facing problems in our communities/groups/organisations.

Taking decisions together can nourish and empower, but also sabotage due to internal hierarchies linked to power. In this class we will challenge this and instead give energy to communities and build resilience through connection by listening, standing in circle and taking decisions in consensus.
