Dear Community,
In light of the tragic humanitarian crisis in Gaza, it is ever more important that we harness the strength of our community and come together to show support in whatever way we can.
For that reason, we would like to invite you to our Gaza fundraiser, which will start with a film screening followed by a community dinner.
Doors open at 18:00, and the screening will start at 18:15.
Ticket prices for the event are 50 DKK, which will be paid upon arrival on the day. If you would like to attend, please sign up via the link below until the 19th of November, so we can plan for how many people to cook for. The dinner will be vegan.
We have capacity for 100 people, so first come first serve!
Alongside the dinner and screening, we will be selling drinks and small solidarity items and merchandise.

We will be showing the documentary Budrus (2009) directed by Julia Bacha, which features the Palestinian activist and community mobilizer Ayed Morrar, who united Palestinians from different political factions and Israelis in a nonviolent resistance movement targeted at saving his village from being destroyed through the Israeli West Bank Wall.
Watch the trailer for the movie here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hqYR7OkqL4
All profits generated through the event will be donated to the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) an organization that is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement but operates independently in Palestine and the diaspora, and which is providing humanitarian aid to the people in Gaza.
We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of dining and storytelling about resilience and unity in the face of conflict.
