Embodied Writing Workshop

In this workshop we will explore the meeting points of embodiment and creative writing.

Through a series of playful and experimental exercises we will allow the body to speak to us through text and – vice versa – let words and writing influence the perception of our bodies.

No experience is needed. All levels and every body is welcome!

LANGUAGE
If everyone speaks Danish the workshops will be in Danish. Otherwise in English. You are welcome to do the writing in whatever language you prefer.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Mads Ananda Lodahl is a holistic bodyworker as well as a fiction writer and he likes to hang out in the state where these two practices meet. Creativity + embodiment.

He has been giving workshops for more than 15 years and his main focus is to create a frame for play and curiosity through safety and courage.

ABOUT THE PLACE
Rört is a community-oriented place for movement and all kinds of body-stuff. The workshop is free for members. Everyone else can join for 120 kr. You need to buy a ticket.
