Wellcome to Democracy fitness
Just like our body, democracy needs to be exercised in order to be healthy.
We have identified 10 ”democracy muscles” that, if trained properly, can help us to participate actively and more effectively in all kind of democratic processes in our everyday life (from participating in controversial political debates, to organizing the cleaning schedule in your kollektiv)
Muscles are: empathy, active listening, opinion, verbal confidence, disagreement, compromising, mobilization, activism, curiosity, and courage
Today we are going to train a couple of those muscles with two 30 min training.
17:30 - 18:00 first training
18:30 – 19:00 second training
