Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness.

It is an ancient practice that moves the body in a special way through kriyas (sequences of postures and repetitive movement), breathwork (pranayam), the position of the hands (mudras), and sound current (mantras) to get us in tune with the deeper part of ourselves.

On a physical level, it strengthens each one of our systems (respiratory, nervous, immune/lymphatic, digestive system, etc.) so we can handle pressure and stress of life calmly and gracefully.

We have plenty of mats here but you're welcome to bring your own!
