Slack Bird (FI) + Harry Eucrow and The Sorry Lot

The Finnish folk fusion band Slack Bird is touring Europe, and on Friday, June 4th, we’re welcoming them to Copenhagen!

Slack Bird combines the best sides of the deep south and the cold north putting together classic Appalachian banjo playing and the dark melodies of drony Finnish traditional music. Their newest album "Jos emme saa tanssia" deepens Slack Bird's fusion of roots music adding early Finnish pop music from the 1920s, Balkan horns, punk, and New Orleans jazz into the mix of Appa-Nordic folk.
