Wild Queer Exploration

What happens when we come together as LGBTQ+, queer and queer-curious people to explore the wildness within and around us?
What does it mean, and how does it feel, to belong - in life, in the world, as part of nature, and amongst other humans?
Who am I as a queer being?
Join us for a day of curiosity, where we will play with some of these questions. Through sitting together around a fire, listening to a traditional story, and time wandering in and with the natural world, we hope to open up to the diversity of life expressions within, amongst and around us. We want to be curious together, to allow the wildness within ourselves to show the way, lead us off the paths we know, lead us into new, or maybe old sides of ourselves. We want to listen to the edgy, the vulnerable, the wonky sides, to allow for the diversity within ourselves to come out, be seen, let ourselves be surprised. Maybe to know less than when we came, and feel a bit more at home in ourselves.
Practicals:
Who is it for?: It is for people who identify as LGBTQ+ or queer, or are curious about what that might mean to them, or somehow feel like the categories of identities offered by our culture do not fit. There are many ways to participate, and you decide what you want to share and what you keep to yourself.
What to bring: clothes for the weather, something to sit on, own lunch pack
Gift economy:
We are experimenting with how to do this kind of work while contributing to the healing of our culture's relationship to money. For now we are offering this in the spirit of gift economy. Please consider if/how/how much you would like to and are able to give back (or onwards).
Quite some hours are put into preparing both the content and the practical parts of this. Financial (and other kinds of) contribution supports us a lot to prioritize this kind of work. Generous contributions help us to keep offering it to people in all financial situations.
And you are just as welcome if you give your presence, as if you give a big sum of money.
(If you would prefer a price, it could be 500 kr. If that feels cheap, consider more. If it hurts in your wallet, consider less.)
