Abortion rights in Europe: My Voice My Choice

Reproductive rights are under threat in many parts of the world, including in Europe and solidarity among feminist organizations is now more important than ever. This event is organized in solidarity with another feminist organization from Slovenia, 8th of March Institute, fighting for accessible abortion in Europe.

September 28 is the International Safe Abortion Day and we want to organize two activities in Copenhagen, together with our comrades, aiming to build an international movement to promote universal access to safe, legal abortion as health and human rights issue.

We are going to have informative session about My Voice My Choice Campaign (https://www.myvoice-mychoice.org/), including how you can support this initiative. We will also overview current abortion laws in different European countries, highlighting the dangerous and restrictive measures still in place. This event will be build-up event for the September 28th, where we are aiming to collect as many signatures as possible for the European Citizens' Initiative.
