ENCAMPMENT ON CAMPUS: SHUT IT DOWN FOR PALESTINE

We have today (May 6th) established a camp on the CSS campus at the University of Copenhagen in solidarity with Palestine. Since 2021, we have tried in vain to go the way of dialogue to get the University of Copenhagen to withdraw its multi-million dollar investments in companies with activities in illegal settlements in Palestine. We can no longer be satisfied with cautious dialogue that does not lead to concrete action. We therefore join the global student movement for Palestine, which demands that educational institutions worldwide take responsibility in this matter, where it is not possible to be neutral.

We also stand here together with students and employees from other Danish universities who also demand that their universities take responsibility and action.

We invite all students, staff and others in solidarity with our cause to stop by our camp or camp with us.
